The selection and recruitment of personnel is done taking into account not only his professional qualification and experiences. But also his antecedent and social background is verified to ensure integrity and honesty of the person.

The personal and financial information of confidential nature such as date of birth, Social Insurance No./Social Security no., Identification no., Banking and Credit Card information are not accessible and shared to staff below managerial level.
