We are a family business – Laurie and Mia Flintoft

It is our aim to provide an individual service managing every step of your project from initial design to completed installation. The major elements of each job – planning, plumbing, tiling and installation are completed by our own team and where we need to bring in specialised contractors – electrician’s, builders, etc, it is with people who we know, have used previously and who are also committed to offering a good service and quality of work.

We are an independent company, not tied to any particular product or supplier and hence can design your bathroom, shower, wetroom or steam room to suit your personal requirements.


Mia Flintoft – A freelance interior designer, Mia gets involved in most of our projects and after researching your requirements will offer a solution to the often heard ‘what style and colour scheme shall we have?’ problem. As well as working with modern and contemporary designs, Mia has a passion for period properties and understands how fitting a modern wetroom or bathroom into a period property requires a sympathetic approach with a view to retaining and enhancing the property’s original features.


Laurie Flintoft – Very much hands on with most of our installations, Laurie initially advises on the technical aspects of each job, project managing specialist contractors where necessary and quite often suggesting various practical solutions for Mia’s design creativity. With over 20 years experience in the service industry Laurie will discuss your individual project requirements with you and fine-tune the installation to suit.

Corne Geldenhuys – Specialising in heating and plumbing Corne is a key member of our team and is also involved with individual installations.



We are a Midlands based company and whilst the majority of our work is in the Midlands we have completed projects as far field as London and Scotland.



All of our work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months and in certain instances –
Wetrooms and Steam rooms; 3 to 5 years. We carry a minimum £2,000.000.00 Public Liability Insurance and all of our work is covered by the Guild of Master Craftsmen Conciliation service in the unlikely event of any problem occurring.

The best form of guarantee is of course from previous customers, recommendations form the majority of our initial contact requests and we are happy to provide a client list if requested.




L & M Flintoft did a great job with our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The installation work was of high quality and every effort was made to clean up and keep disruption to a minimum. Laurie was helpful in sourcing items and how to make best use of available space.
